Dakota had the opportunity twice to go to Fear Farm with her friend Willow (whose parents own the attraction) and "haunt" as super scary little clowns. She begged us for so long to do this and we finally gave in. I was a little nervous about it until I heard that 2 weeks ago when Dave picked Dakota up, police officers mistook him for a kidnapper. They saw a strange man walking away with what they thought was Willow, who they all know and watch like a hawk. Dave was completely clueless to the fact that they even noticed him, and had their guns drawn at his back, until they saw him again tonight and told him the story. Apparently Willow's dad saw them and rushed in to explain the misunderstanding. Ironic that the idea of guns pointed at the back of my husband's head actually made me feel better about the letting her go!

Those are some scary clowns...but their cuteness still shines through. I'm still nervous about her being out there, but it does sound very secure! (glad Willow's dad came to Dave's rescue!!!)
Great story, but imagine how much cooler it would have been if Willow's dad hadn't been around and they had wrestled Dave to the ground whilst he tried to figure out what was going on.
